Day 1

Day 2
After breakfast, transfer to O.R. Tambo International Airport for your regional flight to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to the 4 star Victoria Falls Safari Lodge set high on a natural plateau, with uninterrupted views. The onsite waterhole attracts a wide variety of game throughout the year and offers stunning sunsets.
The guest rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, in-room safe and a private balcony.
Complete the day with a tranquil sunset cruise on the Zambezi River. The area that the cruise is on is one of outstanding natural, scenic beauty with a wide variety of game and bird life. One has a unique vantage point to spot large animals such as elephants, hippo and crocodiles.
Dinner will be at Makuwa-Kuwa.

Take a guided walking tour of Victoria Falls, through the rain forest along the scenic pathways, stopping at numerous viewpoints to gaze at the falls and view the Cataracts, Livingstone's statue and a wide variety of birds and plants.
Enjoy a unique African dinner at The Boma Restaurant with traditional customs such as local beer tasting and pre-dinner hand washing.

Transfer by road to Victoria Falls Airport where a Lion World Travel Representative will assist you to your light aircraft transfer to Hwange and Davison's Camp.
The camp has en-suite tents hidden in the shade of ancient mopane trees. Watch the continuous procession of game at the camp’s waterhole from the comfort of your bed.
Depart on your first game drive this afternoon.

A day of game viewing activities. The focus is on game drives and one can visit a well-situated bunker hide that provides an idyllic way to spend a lazy afternoon while watching elephant, buffalo, sable, roan, southern giraffe, blue wildebeest, impala and gemsbok. Lion, leopard, wild dog and cheetah are regularly seen.

Take a light aircraft transfer to Ruckomechi Camp situated at the heart of the Zambezi Valley. It is a remote spot with spectacular views of the river and floodplains. Low-level walkways connect the guest tents to the central areas. There is also an infinity pool and star-gazing deck.
The Mana pools draw all manner of wildlife and waterfowl during the dry season while the Zambezi River is brimming with hippo, large numbers of elephant, buffalo and eland.

Activities at Ruckomechi Camp include wildlife viewing in open 4x4 vehicles, on motorized pontoon boats, on foot and in canoes.
The area is renowned for large numbers of elephant, buffalo, hippo and eland, especially in the winter when they concentrate along the river. Predators such as lion, leopard and wild dog are all found in the area.
